08奥运闭幕式上伦敦的8分钟表演在英国自己新闻网站的读者评论中几乎被骂得一无是处，认为是闭幕式的一个embarrassment。就是这让英国人觉得困窘和莫名其妙的8分钟，在中国确有不少人能从中解读出不少内涵，于是伦敦8分钟成为了奥运会闭幕式唯一亮点，“令张艺谋汗颜”。
不知道是这些人真的比英国人更了解英国文化，还是在他们的惯性思维中西方是“文明世界”，所以出来的东西必然是必然是比中国的更加有文化的。

今天晚上没事，突然想到看看自己网站的流量统计。因为HTTP header里面会记录 referrer ，所以如果一个人通过在百度或者 google 搜索某几个关键词并且通过点击结果列表的链接进入我的网站，就可以记录下她使用的关键词。这样可以统计最常把访问者引到这个网站的关键词。我的网站的百度关键词前5名分别是：

两份搞笑的学术期刊
JQ投过两篇论文，分别到两份期刊：《南大法律评论》和《社会与科学》。结果近期被告知：第一作者必须是博士才能发表。我还从没有听过那么搞笑的规定。这种强迫别人搞学术腐败的做法，简直是中国学术界的悲哀。
一夜暴富的煤老板
今天看到一篇讲山西煤老板的短文，看得我一方面觉得很好笑，一方面又觉得挺可悲的。贴其中一段：
另一故事的主角是一位老板，当他开着一辆豪华车路过一家收费站时，被要求交费5元，此人对收费站人员说，没看到我开什么车吗？谁敢向我收费。但工作人员不为所动，于是老板就给了一百元的大钞，拿到零钱过了收费站。 事情并未就此结束，不一会，收费站人员惊讶地发现，这辆豪华车回来了，又是百元大钞。而直到收费站的零钱全部找完，这辆来来回回不亦乐乎的豪华车仍然堵在路口。最后，收费站人员只好返还老板所交过路费，这才息事宁人。
书上说：富贵家宜宽厚，而反忌刻，是富贵而贫贱其行矣。中国这些年财富增长很快，可是很多人精神却跟不上了。现在这种物质上的贵族，行动上的乞丐是蛮多的。
